Dementia is a word that describes symptoms of the gradual deterioration of mental functioning that cannot be explained by normal aging.

People with living with Dementia often:
  1. Repeat themselves
  2. Forget conversations
  3. Routinely misplace things, often putting them in illogical locations
  4. Have problems with abstract thinking
  5. Are unable to maintain a schedule or keep appointments
  6. Forget people and how to do things others take for granted as they become increasingly forgetful -- Deeply Forgetful
